Shipping Information
Methods:
Comfortbody.com uses UPS to offer the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. and Canada. We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories at this moment.

- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Comfortbody.com uses UPS Real-Time Rates to calculate your shipping costs base on the address information you provided.
Notes:
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
- Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
- Alaska and Hawaii items ship via Priority service and may require an additional day for delivery.
Refund and Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our product within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange it for another selected item or issue full refund to the credit card used for purchase.
Shipping charge applies to all exchange products unless defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the wrong product was delivered.
Restocking fees will be applied to any product not returned in "like new condition" including missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, or manuals.
Return Procedure:
Please follow the instruction below when returning any product.
- Contact us with reasons of returning and request a return number
- Repack the product in its original package, alone with the packing slip and return number
- Return to the following address:
736 Foster Ave. Bensenville, IL 60106.- For your security, please return the product with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Comfortbody.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If you are returning a product because it is defective, damaged, or wrong product delivered, comfortbody.com will reimburse its shipping charge.
- Keep record of the return number and shipping receipt for future reference.
Note: Batteries and Adaptor cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
